DELIVERY
Orders are normally dispatched within 14 working days, please allow 28 working days for larger orders.. Between Mon-Thur orders that are received after 4-00pm are deemed to have been received the following day, orders received after 4-00pm on Friday and on Sat & Sun are deemed to been received on Monday morning.
POSTAGE & PACKING

U.K postage and packing is free on orders of £100.00* or more. « BackDelivery under £100.00 is £2.00 per order to a uk address, .

PAYMENT ( Credit/Debit card)
With the wonderful world of technology we are now able to accept credit/debit cards making shopping that much easier. Browse the shop, place your goods in the basket, when your shop is complete proceed to checkout, press the worldpay button and fill out the required information. Or if you have a PayPal account we will accept payments via them if you prefer. You can check or amend your basket at any time. We appreciate that the biggest cause for concern for both the customer and retailer is that of fraud during an on-line transaction, we therefore use Worldpay, we know that the company provides a better source of security to both parties and has the advantage of allowing refunds to be made back to our customers account if required. They are a highly recommended company and should hopefully make your shopping experience hassle free. We also still offer paypal for those whom have an account, or now you can telephone us on 01737 830 022 with your payment details just choose the pay by telephone button at checkout.
PAYMENT ( BY Chq)
If you are unable or would prefer not to pay by credit/debit card, then follow the stages above, place your order and at the check out press the Pay by Cheque button, your order will be placed, please print and keep a copy of your order form and send a copy, along with your payment to the address at the bottom, please quote your order no. on any correspondence.
We would also advise that if paying by cheque/ goods will not be dispatched until payment has been received and cleared by the bank ( Normally within 5 working days). If a Cheque or postal Order is not received within 7 days of the order being placed it will automatically be cancelled. Please print a copy of your order and send the copy along with your payment and order number. You will be sent an e-mail once payment has been received and goods sent out. Cheques to be made payable to Kelly Staples.
PRICES & SIZES
We do not charge VAT at present thus all prices shown do not include VAT.
If any prices do not appear on your screen when viewing my site, please e-mail me and I will resolve this for you.
All sizes on the website are approximate.
REFUNDS & RETURNS
When Purchasing items on the internet you are entitled to preview your goods in your own home for up to 7 days. If within the 7 days you decide you no longer require to purchase the item, we will be happy at the ribbon people.com to receive them back. A full refund will be given minus the postage as long as the goods are returned unopened and in a re-saleable condition. When returning your goods please enclose your original invoice, we would also ask if you would kindly advise the reason for returning the item.
If non-faulty goods are returned and the final goods value is reduced to less than £50 (£100 for Ireland), the relevant postage cost will be deducted from the refund. Please note that a refund can only be made on undamaged goods if the items are returned to us un-opened.
In the unlikely event that goods arrive damaged, Please notify us within 2 days of receipt, then return the faulty goods to us within 5 days of receipt along with your original invoice advising us of the reason for your return and whether you require a refund or replacement goods, All Occasions will then honour your request of an exchange or refund including postage.
PLEASE NOTE: The ribbon people.com (k'sBitz) will not accept responsibility for lost parcels, please obtain a certificate of postage from the Post Office when returning goods back to us.
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
In the unlikely event that we are unable to supply you with the goods you have ordered due to them becoming out of stock they will be placed on back order, the rest of your order will be processed and you will be notified upon delivery, if you do not require the item on back order we will offer you an alternative product or a partial refund on your order at your request.
